Finally there is the right bread set for the tandoor!
The application is simple - the first pillow is moistened and is used to wipe the inner wall of the tandoor with a damp cloth
so that the dough for the bread then sticks.
Now the cushion on the glove is exchanged and the finished dough blank is pressed against the inner wall!
After a few minutes in the tandoor, the bread is baked and can be loosened and removed using the mallet and hook.
