Simply place the desired baking pieces on the brick, then the brick is pushed onto the bottom of a grillage and lowered together with the grill into the tandoor oven. Recommendations for use: Before using the brick for the first time, wipe it with a damp cloth. The dry brick can then be pushed onto the grillage and lowered into the tandoor oven. It should be warmed up for about 30 minutes before use. Once the brick has warmed up, we recommend dusting the brick with a little flour. Now you can cover the brick with baking pieces and lower them for baking. Use only a wooden spatula for this, so as not to damage the brick. Care instructions: Let the brick cool completely before cleaning. Food residues can be carefully removed with a dry cloth. The brick should not be smeared with oil and never under running water washed or completely immersed in water. The brick was made of clay with a chamotte additive, which are real natural substances. After long and repeated use, dark spots of burnt-out dough can appear on the surface or minor bumps and scratches. This is not a reason for complaint. Changes in color or structure in no way affect the function of the brick.
