Extra sharp blade that is slightly curved. Very light and fits perfectly in the hand. This knife was traditionally manufactured to the highest quality through careful forging and grinding.

Please do not under any circumstances clean the knife in the dishwasher. Although the damage is not immediately visible after the first wash, the knife will become dull in the long term. The blade and the knife handle are attacked by the ingredients in the rinse water.

In order to avoid rusting, we recommend you to dry the knife with the cloth after use and wipe it with thin layer of oil.
